Quotes I’m living by in 2022

It’s the 3rd of January and I’ve been feeling anxious about the new year. I never feel anxious, I’m always super amped and excited when a new year comes around.

I journaled and gave it a lot of thought and came to the conclusion that - because the past two years were complete shit, I’m scared this one will be too, like what more terrible shit can possibly happen?

The pandemic really came and said “I challenge you all to fight for your life for the next few years”.

But. I would like to have a good year for a change. It doesn’t have to be great, I just need it to be a good enough year. More highs than lows. Less global tragedy. Less fighting with my mental health. Less disappointments.

As part of my quest to live intentionally this year I’ve rounded up 10 quotes I will be living by. I will be chanting these, using them as journal prompts, as affirmations. Just to consistently center myself and prevent myself from having another dreadful year.
